Failing to plan is planning to fail

Faber and Montag, make a plan to put books in each fire fighter's homes with the goal that they could get captured. They intend to bring down the harsh framework. I accept that they will fizzle, and afterward get captured and get in a tough situation. I figure it will be difficult for them to plant things to get the fire fighter's captured.
