• Catherine swore that her sister never seen Gatsby, and that her sister was completely happy with her husband

I thought that was nice of her to cover up her sister but not right of her to make Gatsby look bad.

• Nick wanted to reassure Gatsby that he'll get somebody for him

Nick didn't want Gatsby to feel as if nobody was going to be on his side.

• Nick tried to call Meyer Wolfsheim but he didn't answer, no one's there

I thought at this moment that Gatsby was going to be alone.

• Gatsby didn't want to go through it alone

I thought it was rude how people knew about it but weren't there to help him out except Nick.

• Nick sent the butler to new york with a letter to give to Wolfsheim

I think that's the best way to get a hold of someone instead of calling.

• Nick told slagle that Gatsby is dead

I thought Nick didn't want people to bother Gatsby.

• Gatsby preferred Gatz instead

I thought it was strange but at the same time interesting.

• Klipspringer only called for his shoes and not the concern of others.

I thought it was sad that Nick thought he wanted to know about something else when he just wanted something for himself.

• The jewess lady tried to cover up for Wolfsheim by saying he wasn't there when he was

At first I thought she was lying to him but then I realized she was just trying to cover Gatsby up.
